Thank you for choosing TTB Jewelry. We take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we create. Each order is made with precision and care — and we want every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below. 

Returns Are Accepted For:

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or if you receive an incorrect item, you can initiate a return for repair or exchange within 10 days of delivery.

We do not offer refunds, but we will cover all repair costs or send you the correct item at no additional charge if the issue was our error.

To initiate a return, email us at info@ttbjewelry.com with your full name, order number, description of the issue, and clear photos.

Items reported after 10 days will be considered final sale.

 

Returns Are Not Accepted For:

  • Custom Orders – All custom made jewelry is final sale and non-refundable.

  • Solid Gold Pieces – Due to their high intrinsic value, all solid gold sales are final.

  • Earrings and Grills – These are final sale for hygiene and safety reasons.

  • Sizing Issues – We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size. Please ensure accurate measurements before ordering.

  • Personal Preferences – We cannot accept returns for change of mind or aesthetic preferences.

  • Damage After Delivery – Scratches, tarnishing, or any wear-and-tear post-delivery are not eligible for return or refund. We recommend professional maintenance by a local jeweler if needed.

  • Chain or Bail Issues – If a pendant bail doesn’t fit your chain or if a chain arrives tangled, this is not considered a defect. We offer resizing solutions and bail replacements at an additional cost.

 

Shipping and Restocking

  • If a return is approved due to our error, we will cover all shipping costs.

  • If a return is accepted for store credit (rare exceptions only), a 15% restocking fee will apply, and the item must be returned in unworn, original condition with all packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless otherwise agreed.

 

Cancellations

Once an order is placed, it is considered final. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we are unable to accommodate cancellations in most cases. Please review your order carefully before submitting.
