Shipping Time
Orders are shipped Monday through Saturday during business hours.
All orders are shipped via FedEx or UPS with free, fully insured shipping.
In-stock pieces ship within 1–2 business days. Please allow 10–25 business days for delivery of made-to-order items, depending on the complexity of your order and shipping destination.
Once your order is complete and ready to ship, you will receive an email confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.

Processing Time
Processing time varies depending on the item:

In-stock pieces typically ship within 48 hours

Custom and made-to-order pieces may take 3–4 weeks to complete before shipment
Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking info and your estimated delivery date.
Note: On rare occasions, payment processing may take an additional 24–48 hours depending on your bank. Orders begin processing once payment is confirmed.
Customs Duties & Import Taxes (International Orders)
Our product prices do not include customs duties or taxes.
Customers are responsible for all import taxes, customs fees, tariffs, excises, and other charges associated with international shipping. These fees are usually paid directly to your local government or postal carrier at the time of delivery.
TTB Jewelry does not collect or control these fees and is not responsible for any customs-related charges.
If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs duties, the customer will be responsible for all return shipping and additional fees incurred.

Can I Edit or Cancel My Order After Purchase?
Because many of our products are custom-made and begin processing quickly, we are unable to cancel or modify orders once they have been placed. Please carefully review all order details before checking out.
